"The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. The apartment had all facilities we needed."

"The rooftop terrace with its panoramic views was fantastic. We enjoyed the church bells ringing throughout the day as well as our walks in and around Costarainera and Cipressa. The landlord was quick to respond to the few questions we had. His directions to the village and the house were outstanding with very helpful photos. The nearby garage was much appreciated too."

Het zou geschikt zijn voor 7 personen, en er staan inderdaad ook 7 bedden, maar je zou gillend gek worden met zoveel mensen in zo'n kleine ruimte. Er is geen woonkamer, er is een kleine keuken (matig geoutilleerd) en de slaapkamer is zeer onhandig door het extreem lage plafond (max 1.60 hoogte). "A cosy place for a visit to SanRemo, in a beautiful, historic part of the town and easy walking distance of the beach. Be sure to get clear directions to the apartment before your arrival. We found the office where we were told to pick up the keys was closed and had difficulty finding the apartment and then a parking place. Water pressure is also a little low in the apartment. However, very good value for money."

"First of all: you cannot reach the apartment by car, you have to walk the last 200 meter over a bad pathway, and anyone that has a physical handicap will have trouble reaching it. Then: there is no mobile network, so when you anrrive you can’t sent Livia a message that you are in the village, you have to look around and ask for her. Then in the anpartment the WiFi does not work well. There is only WiFi in the kitchen, and it does not work when there are clouds or rain. To reach the swimming...
