In a new, contemporary-style residence, ideally located just 5 minutes from the famous Isolella peninsula and Ruppione beach.  
  
The apartment comprises: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto an air-conditioned living/dining room, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a bathroom with WC.  
  
A lovely 16m² terrace offers a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing.  
The apartment is accessed from the ground floor, but the terrace is on the first floor.  
  
Sleeps 4/6: 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room.  
  
Please note that the apartment does not have internet access.  
  
The highlight of this apartment: a beautiful terrace ideal for enjoying sunny meals. A numbered parking space is included.
