Sea view, close to Porticcio and 9 km from the airport. Living room and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace and garden with panoramic views of the Bay of Ajaccio, the mountains, the Sanguinaires Islands, and the Isoldela peninsula. \- Beach 200 m from the apartment \- 8 beautiful beaches nearby \- Access to Ajaccio from Porticcio via ferry \- Bicycle rental in Porticcio Private parking space Numerous hikes through stunning landscapes... In the immediate vicinity of the apartment: restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, fishmonger, Corsican grocery store, butcher, gas station, children's playground, pétanque court, tennis court, small boat rentals (license or not), jet ski rentals, diving... 7 beaches nearby, including the famous Maresol beach... the renowned Silver Beach. Bathroom with shower, sink, and washer-dryer (hair dryer and washer-dryer available) Two bedrooms (2 queen-size beds), with large closets, one with a TV. Air conditioning and fans. Separate toilet. Closet at the entrance. Linen rental (kit for 2 people: 4 large towels, 2 small towels, sheets and pillowcases, tea towels, welcome toilet paper for only €30).
