"Soggiorno tranquillo in una villa d'epoca accuratamente restaurata, circondata da un agrumeto, a due passi dal mare e dalle principali attrattive locali: grotte, borghi, spiagge, percorsi naturalistici."
"I needed a place to stay last minute and this was a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and quiet and in a beautiful area. It was really nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the birds singing and feel the cool breeze in the afternoon. I arrived late on the first night and they waited up to make sure that I was able to make it into the apartment. When I needed to add an extra day they were helpful and accommodating. I would like to come back with my family and spend a week or two...
"The bathrooms are way too small and half the size of the pictures. It was difficult to shower in the mini-bathtub they had supplied. The rooms were decent in size but the living room was small. Breakfast was nice and staff helpful. Better to stay in Nice where it's lively and can find better rooms at the same price.
No internet available in both of our rooms. We had to go near the elevator to use the internet....Otherwise was decent."
"Hotel value is above 3 stars
Room was small but very comfortable and quiet with airconditioning. Big pool and nice restaurant with great staff
Tastefuly decorated lobby. I highly recommend it

"We had a great week in Pietra Ligure and communications with the hotel about parking, adjoining rooms and arrival time were excellent.
The hotel is 2* plus and you get what you pay for - personally i think some of the reviews i have seen forget that and review as if it were 5*, hence some lower scores.
The staff/owners were helpful. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a compact but perfecty acceptable shower/toilet room. Some parts of the hotel are a bit tired but nothing that...
"Positives:
-great, large pool
-not far from the beach and centro storico
-great, cold AC
-big showers and big bathrooms
-great rooms with views
Negatives:
-pool chairs are uncomfortable and needed a cushion
-check in. If you arrive at 1pm, you are screwed because they are on break until 3pm. You have to sit in the heat and wait.
-if you book through Expedia, apparently you aren't guaranteed an apartment with AC. We had to spend our first night sweating the entire night due to not getting a...

The staff/owners were helpful. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a compact but perfecty acceptable shower/toilet room. Some parts of the hotel are a bit tired but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The balcony of our room had a mountain view and a side view of the sea. We sat on the balcony early in the morning and early evening catching the sun. The room had air conditioning, given the temperature overnight it was a real +ve and worked really well. There is a railway behind the hotel and some people have said in reviews this disturbed them. It is true that the trains run through the night but we can honestly say this didn't disturb us. There are no safes in the rooms but you can use a safety deposit facility in reception as i did for passport and some valuables this can be accessed 8am till 8pm. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a really good selection of yoghurts, pastries, croissants and the local speciality foccaccia. There are also hot options of bacon and scrambled eggs and the continental options of prosciutto and cheese. There are fruit juices and great coffee from a real bean machine serving a variety of coffees hot water for tea."
