"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"

"Accommodation was generally clean and tidy, and staff were mainly pleasant."

"Hotel has great location in the city centre. Decent size room, clean bathroom, all a little bit dated. Balcony with nice view over the river Vah. Good air-conditioning. Decent size indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace. Various saunas. Excellent breakfast, Overall great value."

"Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language."

"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
