You will enjoy your own wellness area with sauna here and it is only 400 m from the village of Walchen. Within 10 minutes you can reach the well-known and lively Zell am See and Kaprun by car. From the large open kitchen you can easily prepare a sumptuous meal for a cosy evening with a large group. You will often think back to the evenings in this accommodation! With the ski bus just 300 metres away, you can reach the popular ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. This area is known for its always perfect snow conditions. Experienced skiers can fully enjoy themselves here, but beginners or families with children can also master skiing in peace and quiet. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, ist auch schönes Haus, mit genügend Platz für 6 bis 8 Personen.(1 Zimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten) Finde ich nicht wirklich praktisch aber war machbar. Alles ist vorhanden. 3 Bäder mit Dusche und Toilette und alle Bäder hatten auch einen Haartrockner. Im Keller war auch Toilette und Dusche (nicht benutzt) Für eine Doppelhaushälfte ist die Miete allerdings recht hoch. Auch im Dorf gibt es nicht viel zu tun (ein kleiner Mpreis ist jedoch vorhanden). Zell am See ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und man kann kostenlos mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren, was ein großes Plus ist, vor allem wenn man mit älteren Kindern unterwegs ist, die zur Abwechslung auch mal alleine etwas unternehmen wollen (in 10 Minuten ist man am Zug) Das Grundstück liegt in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße, man kann sie gut hören, wenn man die Türen/Fenster offen hat. Neben dem Haus ist ein fließender Bach, den hört man gut im Haus, man gewöhnt sich nach ein paar Tagen daran. Wir empfehlen dem Besitzer der Unterkunft die Netze gegen Insekten auf die Fenster zu bringen, da die Menge an Fliegen war sehr belästigend. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und bequem. Die Betten waren bis auf das im OG sehr bequem. Schöne Sauna mit extra Toilette und Dusche. Alles war sauber bei der Ankunft. Supermarkt mit Bäckerei im Ort. Lage top für Ausflüge in der Region! In ca. 10-15 Minuten ist man am Skigebiet Maiskogel, von dort aus kann man auch mittels Querverbindung ins Gletscher Skigebiet Kitzsteinhorn, dieses ist auch direkter über eine etwas längere Anfahrt erreichbar. Das Haus hat unten eine kleine Sauna mit Mini-Ruheraum, separater Dusche und WC sowie den Ski🎿Keller. Im Erdgeschoss liegen drei Schlafzimmer mit Bädern und ein weiteres plus Bad im ersten Geschoss, wo sich auch die offene Küche mit großen Wohnraum befindet. Alles sehr hell, schöne Aussicht man kann sich draußen prima auf den Balkon oder unten auf die Terrasse setzen Die dazugehörigen Parkplätze sind ebenso wie der Brötchen Service sehr praktisch. Der Empfang sowie Schlüsselübergabe war super freundlich, unsere Bitte um Sauna Handtücher wurde direkt am nächsten Tag erfüllt, Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit via WhatsApp beantwortet. Vielen Dank, Nadine! Das war erstklassig. Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen, insbesondere weil wir in der doch recht großen Gruppe abends zusammen kochen, essen, Fernseh schauen und spielen konnten ##### Claudia K.
