Comfortable apartment with garden
Very nice apartment in Fürth close to Zell am See. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with beds for 8, but space for a few more. Good living space and kitchen. Nothing fancy but very functional. Very good value for money. The owners have also made key improvements in response to older reviews.

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aufgeteilte Wohnung: nach unserer Meinung geeignet für maximal 8 Personen (2 Fam.: 4+4) oder max. 6 Erwachsene! Schönes Wohnzimmer (Wintergarten) mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, 3 Schlafräume (2, 3, 3 Betten) und 2 Bäder, Wohnküche mit ausreichender Einrichtung. Die Vermieterin war bemüht, kleinere Probleme zeitnah zu lösen! Sauberkeit könnte (wie in den meisten FeWo) besser sein, aber war akzeptabel. Insgesamt war es sehr nett!

keine gute Unterkunft
Der Aufenthalt war nicht komfortabel. Das Foto auf der Webseite sieht gut aus, es gibt aber auch einen Grund warum es keine Fotos von den Zimmern gibt. Diese sind alle sehr lieblos und dreckig. Wir hatten für eine Unterkunft für 10-12 Leute gesucht und es wurden mir 4 Schlafzimmer zugesichert - es waren 3 Schlafzimmer, das 4.Zimmer war unter der Treppe eine eingezwängtes Stockbett. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen, die Matratzen waren sehr alt und dreckig (durchgelegen), die ganze Wohnung eher schäbig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis extrem schlecht.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit umwerfenden Ausblick
Wir waren zu zehnt für ein Wochenende im Mai in dem Ferienhaus und waren alle sehr begeistert. Alles ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Berge sind direkt vor der Tür. Zell am See und Kaprun ist in Laufreichweite. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit vorbildlich und sehr freundlich :) Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Vielen Dank noch einmal für dieses super Wochenende!

günstig, aber verbessungsfähig
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr günstig und bietet eine Sauna, und hat eine gewöhnungsbedürftiger Zimmeraufteilung (wir hatten die untere kleiner Wohnung). Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen seperat bezahlt werden. Anzahl der Schlafzimmer würde ich eher als 3 statt 5 bezeichnen, da eines der Zimmer das Wohnzimmer ist und das andere ein Hochbett im Treppenflur :-( Leider sind die Saunazeiten vorgegeben (Darauf wird nicht in der Beschreibung verwiesen). Außerdem sind einigen kleinere Stellen von Schimmel befallen und diverse Lampen enthalten keine Leuchtmittel. Auch über Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Handseife oder mehr als 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier hätten wir uns gefreut. Weiterhin sind keine großen Töpfe vorhanden, was das Kochen für Gruppen schwierig macht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großzügigem Wohnzimmer
Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in der Privatwohnung sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten und die Einrichtung sind sehr großzügig, die Nutzung der Sauna wunderbar entspannend und die Umgebung einen Urlaub wert. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil hier nicht erwähnt wurde, dass der Jaccouzi nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten vielen Dank!
