The mountain road curves higher and higher, leading you to this detached holiday home at the end of the road. Peace, space and privacy are assured. The sun is turning around the house through the day for you to endlessly enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the terrace. The large downstairs kitchen is fully equipped. This leaves the living room on the first floor for relaxing, or a maybe a game of table tennis in the playroom? The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep. Although the road is always cleared of snow in winter, it is compulsory to put on snow chains at the bottom (near the church). Den hat man hier tatsächlich; Blick in die Tauern und abends die Lichter im Tal...Berücksichtigen muss man folgerichtig eine längere Auffahrt mit dem Auto von ca. 10 Minuten. Fahrsicherheit ist spätestens dann Voraussetzung, wenn Gegenverkehr kommt und die Ausweichstelle etwas weiter zurückliegt...Das Haus bietet viel Platz, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, zusätzlich einer Garage im Haus mit Fernbedienung, und der tatsächlich bei Sonne fast unverzichtbaren Markise. Wie so oft bei Mietobjekten, ist der Liegekomfort in den Betten allerdings bestenfalls Standard; vorhandene Rückenprobleme wurden größer. Reisende mit Hund sollten diesen vorsorglich anleinen, wenn zu befürchten ist, dass der mal auf Erkundungsreise den Weg herunter geht, Richtung Nachbarin. Diese hat nachvollziehbar Sorge um ihre Schafe, die täglich den Weg kreuzen. Wir haben vorsorglich einen provisorischen Zaun erstellt, und über den Weg gespannt. Vielleicht ist der ja noch da für die nächsten Mieter mit Hund. Zu Fuß vom Berg runter sind es locker 45 Minuten und später muss man da auch wieder hoch, ist ziemlich steil - deshalb besser fahren. Betten einigermaßen bequem, etwas hart. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Garten ein bisschen kleiner als erwartet. Kaprun ganz in der Nähe und Zell am See etwas weiter weg, aber auch größer. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt vom 24\. Februar bis zum 2\. März. Das Chalet ist sehr geräumig und sehr funktional. Viele Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden, was sehr angenehm ist. Es gab keine Sorgen zu berichten. Die Aussicht ist toll und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist geräumig genug für 6 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr geschmackvoll. Die Bäder sind veraltet, aber das ist alles ästhetisch und akzeptabel. Die Küche ist neu, was sehr schön war! Was ein bisschen weniger schön war, waren die vielen Spinnweben und der Staub (auf der Treppe).
