8.8/10 Excellent! (329 reviews)
The room was perfect - clean and comfortable - as was the location. However, we were disappointed that there were unexpected costs due to inaccurate or incomplete information. There is on-site parking, but it is not free for guests. Our reservation specifically said it included breakfast, but we learned that was only for “tiered members.” These miscommunications added more than $200 to the cost of our trip.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,312 reviews)
We booked last minute for a concert at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame not realizing there was also a baseball game that night, and also a wedding right at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and even my surly 13-year-old agreed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were personable and attentive. I called housekeeping when I realized there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and someone was there within minutes with a new bottle. The valet service was quick and easy as well. We will definitely come back.

"We stayed there three nights and were so glad we booked at this hotel. We’ve had experiences with other hotels when traveling and were disappointed in the overall experience. However, Riverbend was great, especially the checking in process, room cleanliness, coffee in room, rooftop bar, great views ..."
