"This property has several units sharing a living room/eating area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The check-in process was very easy once the host made contact. Property was clean. Everything was pretty good until the guests in Unit 3 came in from wherever they had been. 3:45am someone was banging on my unit’s door trying to open it and all of the doors in the unit. "The HOST wouldn't give the location until 2 hrs before check in & refused cancel as actual location unknown until arrival. Bad or late communication via app. Apartment wasn’t the 1 shown in listing. Location was 1/2 mile plus from listing map or listed address. Key was in lockbox around corner attached to NYC parking sign. 2nd story walkup over restaurants. "Great stay on the west side. Easy access to the 1 line which took us in and out of midtown. very close to Central Park. Safe, clean and comfortable."

"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...
