We both loved the kayaks. We saw many different kinds of birds from heron to king fishers. We enjoyed the firepit which we used everyday (bring your own wood). We would have went fishing too but the fishpole had no hook. The place was very clean. The memory foam bed was super comfy. Internet connection is strong. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and plates for eating. It was clean and very comfortable, it was very quiet and peaceful also. There are only 2 complaints we had about our stay 1 there was some of the cleaning solution left in the mop bucket that left an overwhelming smell in the cabin when we arrived (once I placed the bucket outside and aired the place out it was fine it just took a couple of hours). 2 it had rained quite a bit the day before we got there and the lawn going out to the pier had standing water the whole time we were there so your feet got soaked every time we went to the lake to fish. If you could put a gravel path out to the lake that would solve the problem. Other then that we caught several fish off the pier and had a very relaxing time.
