(10,820 reviews) We stayed for the chess tournament during Christmas. Room service has to be requested otherwise towels won't be changed. Room is very dated. Bedsheet had yellow stains. I need to make several phone calls to get towels changed as they keep you waiting forever.Not sure which part of the old Bally was renovated. It looks the same as 2019 when we came for the chess tournament. Location is convenient but foodcourt downstairs and outside the hotel probably is most expensive in the strip. Ventilation is not good in the lobby level. Diasppointing experience. Won't stay there again.
