"This was a very clean and well maintained property. The pool is beautiful and the yard is very nice with olive trees and lavender gardens. We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites and it had a nice queen bed, private covered patio with double screen doors and was very clean and modern. There are 11 rooms at this hotel. "am tag der anreise wurde uns vom gastgeber trotz vorgängig erhaltener bestätigung per sms mitgeteilt, dass er für uns kein zimmer habe und er schon länger nicht mehr mit fewo kooperiere. das geld wurde zwar zurück überwiesen aber wir standen einfach da und konnten für diese nacht nur zu sechst auf parkplätzen stundenweise schlafen und die heimreise fortsetzen. sehr schlechte erfahrung !"

"Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy."

Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"We had a wonderful family holiday here. Beautiful, spacious villa in 2 parts with wonderful views of the surrounding hills as well as out to sea. Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. Itri is the closest town for supplies and that is about a 10 minute drive. It isn’t possible to walk to any local shops. Larger supermarkets are within a 30 minute drive in...
