"The owners were so kind and helpful, sharing lots of info for us since it was our first time to Yellowstone. The hotel is super close to the West Gate of the park (maybe a 2 minute drive). The town was cute and there were lots of options for quick dining, ice cream and gift shops (that have much better prices than the shops inside the park). The key cards are easily deactivated by magnets, so if you put it in the same purse as your cell phone, just plan on having to stop by the front desk to have it re-keyed or else your door won't open! Breakfast was great! Lots of options, a fun pancake maker that my sons enjoyed using, and there were several staff members monitoring food to make sure they didn't run out of anything."
