Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.

Yours is one of the best 5* hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled the world over my 70 years and stayed in many, many famous establishments. What makes you really special is your staff; they’re simply perfect. I’d like to single out Valentina and Diego in the Club Lounge, who were simply fantastic. "We had a nice cabin with two bedrooms. Very quiet and we could park right in front of the cabin. The price was great. Breakfast was very good and included real coffee (not instant coffee!)."
