"This hotel is right in the heart of Piccadilly in Manchester and just a few minutes walk to Piccadilly railway station. There is also great public transportation. The hotel itself was originally a textile mill and it has been renovated into a very modern hotel while keeping some of the original features. I live in Chicago but visit Manchester every couple of years to visit friends. I will certainly book the Heathcote when I next return. A great experience."

"Hotel is in the heart of Manchester city centre, a stones throw away from Manchester Piccadilly train station (with a direct link to Manchester Airport). Room itself is fine, but as usual with Malmaison hotels, it is rather dark."

"A brief overnight stop at Residence Inn Manchester Piccadilly as we were attending a concert at Co-op Live. It is a few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and about a 20 minute walk to the Co-op live. The actual hotel is clean, modern and well appointed. It served our overnight stop well. The rooms are spacious and we had a studio type room with a small kitchen area. The wifi was good and the bed comfy. Recommended. "
