"All the staff at the hotel were so genuinely friendly and helpful. The room although a little dated and in need of a refurb was spotlessly clean and a good size. The breakfast was freshly and very well, cooked to order. There was a good selection of both cooked and continental foods. I think this is a great value for money hotel in the city centre, close to Piccadilly gardens, shops and a busy and varied nightlife. I will definitely be booking again when visiting Manchester."

"Sofa was uncomfortable, looks like mechanism is going. Bed was 2x2.5ft singles put together, but with 2x3ft mattresses on top. Which meant that the end of the bed results in an overhang. Shower didn't stay in the holder and no shower gel or shampoo in dispenser. Location is great, property was clean and service was great at check in"
