Abgelegen in den Bergen, aber in ca. 20 - 30 min hat man alles erreichen können. Durch Ronald war das einchecken super einfach. Auch sein Vater, der uns eingewiesen hat war sehr nett und freundlich. Beide konnten deutsch, was es super einfach machte. Ein zweiter Schlüssel fürs Haus war ebenfalls kein Problem. Auch Ausflugstipps etc. haben wir bekommen. Wir haben zu Anfang Geschenke (Teller mit Wurst und Käse und auch selbstgebrannten Schnaps und Wein) bekommen. Sehr aufmerksam. Im Laufe der Woche kam Ronalds Vater ab und zu vorbei und hat uns Trauben und Wein aus eigenem Anbau gebracht. Wir haben Pool, Whirlpool und auch Sauna ausgiebig genutzt. Am Besten fanden wir die Außenküche. Die einzigen beiden negativen Punkte waren zum Einen das dreckige Geschrirr, dass wir anfangs vorfanden, leider hat der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig funktioniert und der Grill hätte ebenfalls eine Generalüberholung nötig. Es ist alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und war schon früh am Morgen von meinen Kindern beschlagnahmt Die Sauna sorgt für die Eltern zusätzlich für Entspannung. Der Wirlpool wurde von uns sehr weniger genutzt aber ist für manche bestimmt auch sehr schön. Im Haus war es sauber und für alles gesorgt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings nur eine Espresso Maschine wer also normalen Kaffee möchte muss sich vielleicht selber einen Maschine mitbringen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß allerdings kann man nichts gefrorenenes darin aufbewahren wie Eis oder ähnliches. Aber das ist für uns nicht weiter tragisch gewesen. Die Betten in allen 4 Schlafzimmern waren super bequem. Die Badezimmer waren sauber. Alles Räume wurde durch 2 Klimaanlagen super gekühlt was bei diesen Temperaturen auch sehr angenehm war Nachts. Alle 2 Tage kam der Vater von Roland in der Früh und hat sich im den Garten und den Pool gekümmert. Es gibt gibt auch eine super außen Küche mit einem Gas und einem Kohle Grill den wir am ersten Tag gleich genutzt haben. Fazit: Wer auf einen eher altmodischen, aber liebevollen, Stil steht kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Küchenaustattung: irgendwie zuwenig von allem oder zu verschiedene Teller oder Gläser nichts einheitliches, Gasgrill hat schon ausgedient, von grillkohleofen will garnicht sprechen. Im ganzen, zu wenig platz in der Villa für 8 Personen, wenn man irgendwo innen essen wollte, musste man Stühle zusammen tragen. Außenanlage ist gut, sowie sauna und whirlpool.In der Gegend ist nichts, und es ist hoch in den Bergen, direkt andere Temperaturen. Aber war okay. ##### Johann F. Beim Check in wurden wir Herzlich in Empfang genommen, und haben einmal alles gezeigt bekommen. Zur Überraschung gab es direkt: Eine Flasche guter Rotwein aus der Region Schinken / Käseplatte Baguette Und von Ronalds Papa eine kleine Flasche Schnaps.Besonders zu erwähnen ist, das Ronald einen Informationen gibt über die Region und Tipps wo man gut Essen gehen kann und vor allem wo man Parken kann in den Hotspots!!!Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. VomCheck in bis zum Check out war alles super. Der Vater von Ronald hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab sogar ein willkommensgeschenk :) Ronald hat uns auch sehr viele Ausflugtips gegeben. Von der Finca waren wir so fasziniert, dass wir nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, sauber und bot alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt brauchten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit dort voll und ganz genießen. Ein großes Lob geht an Ronald und seinen Papa, die uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit begeistert haben. Besonders schön war die spontane Einladung von Ronald, zu einer Bootsfahrt in der Bucht von Plomin, die uns einzigartige Momente bescherte und unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem machte. Kleine Anmerkung für Gäste mit Hunden. Das Grundstück ist tatsächlich komplett eingezäunt, auch kleine Hunde haben hier keine Chance auszubüchsen :-) Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight, da wir nicht nur sonnige und warme Tage hatten, konnten wir in diesem schön entspannen. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher gerne wiederkommen! ##### Annette S. Wir sind mit einem Befreundeten Pärchen und Kindern in den Urlaub gefahren. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle vorhanden. Für die Kinder war genügend Platz zum Spielen im Garten da um sich auszutoben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und auf Details wurde sehr geachtet. Pool, Whirlpool und auch Sauna sind in sehr guten, sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Unser Gastgeber war für alle Fragen immer Ansprechpartner, er hat uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben, diese waren für uns sehr nützlich. Der Empfang am Anreisetag war spitze. Uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine kleine Stärkung und kühle Getränke. Der Abreisetag war für uns sehr unkompliziert auch wenn wir 1 Tag früher abgereist sind haben wir vorher mit unserem Gastgeber alles geklärt, es war alles unkompliziert. Für Erholung ist diese Villa ein absolutes Muss, wir kommen gerne wieder und können es echt nur Empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach hübsch, es ist alles da, was man braucht! Alles ist sehr sauber! Wir hatten einen Jacuzzi - eine Sauna und einen Pool in einem sehr gepflegten Garten - das vermissen wir nun sehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend - hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Hülle und Fülle im etwa 20 km entfernten Labin - auch das Städtchen hat uns gut gefallen. Zum Strand ist es dann ebenfalls nicht weit. Einzig das Gassigehen mit den Hunden ist nicht ganz so einfach - es gibt im Örtchen recht viele Hunde, teils im Zwinger, teils freilaufend - wir sind dann meist ans Ortsende oder hinunter ins Tal gefahren, um dem Gebell zu entgehen! Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer empfehlenswerten Unterkunft! ##### Sybille B. Ronald und sein Vater haben uns mit Schirmen (es hat bei Ankuft leider geregnet), Schnaps, Wein und einer leckeren Wurst-/Käseplatte erwartet. Das Haus ist gemütlich, der Garten sehr schön. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Porec, Opatija, Rabac und Medulin gemacht und abends haben wir uns im Whirlpool entspannt. Mit dem Kamin konnten wir das ganze Haus erwärmen und wenn es dafür zu warm war, haben die beiden Klimaanlagen ausgereicht. Die Woche ist viel zu schnell vergangen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ##### Tanja S. Garten+Poolbereich schön+lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pool nicht gefliest, sondern mit blauer Folie bezogen. Folie im Pool am Boden lose. Haus schön eingerichtet. Ausstattung+Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Geschirr+Besteck unpassend. Haus nur unzureichend gesäubert. Boden sauber, allerdings viele Spinnweben, Spinnen+Skorpione. Lampen+Schränke mit Staubschicht. Geschirr dreckig wg schlechter Spülmaschine-mit Hand nacharbeiten. Gummidichtungen Kühlschrank dreckig. Fugen Hauptdusche schimmelig. Fliegengitter an Fenstern mit großen Löchern, nicht funktionsfähig wg Insekten+Spinnen. Wifi langsam. SkyGo nur ruckartig. Am Pool kein Wifi. Bei ca. 2.400€ Miete für 2 Wo (ca. 170€ pro Tag) in Nebensaison müssen solche Dinge gewährleistet sein. Haus in abgelegen Bauerndorf Zudigi. Nach Labin ca 45 Min, zum Strand ca 30 Min. Ca 4-5 Häuser im Dorf. 1 Nachbar hält Hühner+Schweine. Gestank zieht ab und zu in den Garten. 1 Nachbar Betreiber von großen Aquapark in Rabac. Während 2 Wo (16.09-20.09) hat er täglich Hüpfburgen von morgens bis abends mit mehreren Hochdruckreinigern gesäubert. Lärm war erheblich+kein Entspannen am Pool möglich. Lärm war im Haus und außerhalb Ort zu hören. Vorheriger Hinweis von Roland gewünscht, da dies wohl regelmäßig am Ende der Hauptsaison. 2 Wo dadurch nicht erholsam. Fazit:Haus hat Potential. Vielen erheblichen Mängel lassen sich mit etwas Mühe beheben. Kommen nicht wieder kommen, u.a. wg Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. ##### Tobias K. Ein traumhafter Ort um sich zu erholen - Natur pur! Bis auf die bereits in einer vorherigen Beurteilungen erwähnten nicht passenden und wackligen Klodeckel kann von meiner Frau und mir absolut nichts bemängelt werden! - Gastgeber Roland einfach TOPP .. seine hilfreichen Ausflugsanregungen und Tipps waren alle wohl ausgesucht und absolut sehens- bzw. erlebenswert - Unterkunft einfach eine Wellnessoase - wir wurden mit einer Käse-Schinkenplatte empfangen und das mit einem passenden Wein aus eigener Herstellung der Familie - ein technischer Defekt am Whirlpool (kann immer mal passieren) wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben Kurz gesagt - wir werden mit Freude nochmals nach Zudigi kommen - DANKE Roland für diesen Urlaub ##### Lars G.
