Single-family house "Antoni", 2 storeys, built in 2016. In the hamlet Rimanići 4 km from the centre of Pićan, 25 km from the centre of Rabac, 25 km from the sea. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 14.3 km, pebble beach 25 km.
3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. Great place. Good swimming pool. Fence works good to keep our small dog from running away. Kind host as well. Wifi could be a bit better, but this is a minor point. Strongly recommend to visit this place.

Heerlijke woning

We werden opgewacht door eigenaar met lekkere koekjes en schnapps. Woning was schoon, zeer ruim en prachtige omgeving. Onze hond heeft ook enorm genoten en we konden heerlijk wandelen. Je moet van rust houden want het ligt centraal maar wel afgelegen.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden im Haus Antoni. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne erholsame Wochen vor Ort. Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstraße und die Fahrt dorthin ist schon spannend. Das Haus selber ist in einem absolutem Topzustand und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl dort. Absolute Ruheoase und zentral gelegen um diverse Ausflüge zu starten. Der Vermieter Igor, ein richtig Netter, hat uns regelmäßig kroatische Leckereien gebracht. Klasse Urlaub

So wie es immer sein sollte

Wie beschrieben, super sauber, wer aber unbedingt will der findet immer was. Wer gerne Wein trinkt sollte einen Korkenzieher mitnehmen, der war leider nicht (mehr?) da. Sehr großzügiger Gastgeber leckerer Schnaps, Gebäck und Feigen :D Ruhe pur!

Wie alle anderen bereits geschrieben, ist es ein tolles Haus. Der Vermieter ist wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und auch wir haben kulinarische Aufmerksamkeiten bekommen. Das Haus selber ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Urlaub und wirklich nichts zu meckern. Ja der Weg dorthin ist schmal und kurvig aber voll asphaltiert und man kommt mit jedem normalen Auto zum Haus.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus genau wie auf den Bildern. Super sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Gefrierschrank, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Herd, Grill einfach alles. Netter Vermieter der auch noch istrisches Gebäck vorbereitet hatte. Haus ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch ein kleiner Hund problemlos mitgenommen werden kann. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Etwas nervige hoppelige zum Teil steile Anfahrt über ca. 2km, wobei die Hälfte frisch geteert wurde

Wir hatten von der ersten Minute an wirklich Urlaub ! - Anfahrt / Lage, Straße ist komplett geteert , also mit normalen Fahrzeugen null Problem, ca. 5 min von der Hauptverkehrsstraße idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. - Verpflegung/Einkauf, Kein Problem , in Pican Bäckerei und kleiner Laden ca. 6-7 min mit Pkw Große Supermärkte in 20min . Haus absolut klasse ! Zum Schluss das beste der Vermieter, wir haben noch nie so einen netten und gastfreundlichen Vermieter erlebt!!! Danke I.

Die Hausübergabe war total unkompliziert und basierte auf vollstem Vertrauen. Mit istrischen Köstlichkeiten wurden wir in Empfang genommen. Schöner Urlaub in Istrien

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung in FeWo. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war absolut top. Wir haben sogar in unseren drei Wochen Spezialitäten aus Istrien von dem Vermieter Igor erhalten. Die Lage des Hauses ist auf dem Berg in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett und es hat nichts gefehlt. Pool ist Top. Auch für Hundebesitzer ein sehr schöner Ort sich zu erholen

Abgelegen dennoch Herrlich!

Über eine 3km lange Straße (sehr kurvenreich) gelangt zu dem Dorf, Oben angekommen ist es sehr klein, es gibt nur 3 Ferienhäuser im Dorf. Das Dorf liegt recht abseits von den Großstädten wie poreč oder Pula, aber das war für uns kein Problem, da wir es gerne ruhig und idyllisch haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lebensmittel gibt es in der nächsten Ortschaft, auch hier bekommt man alles notwendige, von Obst und Gemüse über Fleisch und Wurst bis Waschmittel und Süßigkeiten Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen samt Bügelbrett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und sogar einen 4 Platten Herd mit 3 Gasplatten und einer Elektoplatte, des Weiteren gibt es auf der Terrasse einen schönen großen Grillplatz, somit stehen einem alle Möglichkeiten offen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Der Check in und check out ging ganz unkompliziert! Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Der Vermieter war regelmäßig da und hat frisches Obst vorbeigebracht und sich erkundigt ob man noch etwas braucht, wirklich sehr fürsorglich! Wir kommen wieder, Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Super schönes Ferienhaus alles so wie auf den Bilder oder beschrieben. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich sind aber mit einem normalen BMW gut hoch und runter gefahren. Der netteste Vermieter den wir kennengelernt haben. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier Gold richtig.

Schönes, sauberes Haus, wunderschöne Umgebung, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben im Juli 2017 in dem Haus Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man erreicht es über einen relativ gut befestigten 2,8 km langen Weg. Außer diesem Haus sind nur noch 2 weitere bewohnte Häuser in der näheren Umgebung. Man fühlt sich absolut ungestört und konnte zu jeder Zeit die Ruhe genießen oder auch mal laut sein, ohne jemanden zu stören. Das Haus ist komplett und gut eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, wurde 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt. Alles wirkte noch sehr neu und unbenutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral in Istrien, man erreicht die Küsten in 40min bis 1h mit dem Auto, je nachdem, an welche Küste man fährt. Die Vermieter waren einmalig nett und gastfreundlich. Sie kamen mehrmals mit landesübliche Leckereien, ohne uns zu stören! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier Urlaub machen! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
