"Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room ."

"Nós amamos o local, mas precisam melhorar em alguns pontos. o secador de cabelo no quarto funciona 3min e desliga! O serviço de toalhas para banho de piscina não existe(tivemos que ficar carregando toalhas molhadas até a recepção) e sempre que realizamos o check out ninguém ajuda a carregar as malas. ..."
