they dont answer the phone for shuttle .the room clean but there isa lot of mosqitos and no breakfast even thou they mention on the app there is breakfast. there is no towel paper and there is poor comunication between expedia and the hotel even they cant found my confermation number.

Good business hotel in Bole, not far from the big main streets. I stayed as tourist. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decor a bit dated, but plenty comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, but could be bit more personable. I was not super impressed by the breakfast, but it sufficed. My room on the 4th floor was getting lots of outside noise from local bars throughout the night and well into the morning. Room is not air conditioned but luckily temps were very moderate during my September stay. Would recommend despite some of the noted items.

An excellent hotel in every way. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the gym, café, restaurant and breakfast were all of a very high standard. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again!
