One of the best places we've stayed at, ever! Beautiful setting, lots of extra touches, and plenty of space. Only about 25 minutes from Hobbiton, which made it a great place to crash after the evening banquet tour. We arrived rather late and it was quite dark. When we woke up in the morning and saw the view we were blown away. Gorgeous spot with comfy beds.
