Its terrace overlooking the sea, its panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the famous Omu di Cagna gives it a unique location in the Pianottoli Caldarello region. La maison est très fonctionnelle, idéale avec un enfant en bas âge car la terrasse est clôturée, la plage juste en bas et divers jeux de plage sont a disposition (ainsi que des vélos, etc.). L’aéroport de Figari est à 15-20 minutes, ce qui est pratique mais ce qui signifie aussi que les avions passent juste au dessous (selon les jours). Cela pourrait gêner certaines personnes. La maison est très bien équipée et la climatisation est un grand avantage lorsque les températures extérieures dépassent les 30 degrées. La grande terrasse de la maison invite à relaxer dans le calme absolu, mais il serait dommage de ne pas consacrer un peu de temps à la découverte des belles plages du golfe de Figari. Je recommande vivement San Giovanni, mais on a l'embarras du choix. Le port de Caldarello (à quelques minutes en voiture) offre la possibilité de louer des bâteaux ou des jets-ski. Un grand merci à Harmony pour l'accueil chaleureux et surtout à Dominique de permettre à d'autres personnes de faire connaissance de ce coin merveilleux de la Corse. ##### Marcus F. Nous étions 4, deux couples pour une semaine. L'endroit est fantastique avec beaucoup de terrain et accès direct à la plage. On est entouré par la mer et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons adoré le matin de sauter dans l'eau au réveil et ensuite prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, au calme. Il faut savoir que c'est un endroit en prise à tous les vents et que ce n'est pas toujours facile de rester dehors. C'est très rustique et authentique, tel que nous aimons la Corse. Le soir il est difficile d'être dehors à cause des moustiques, et nous avons eu des attaques de fourmis. Heureusement qu'il y a du poison à disposition dans la maison. Le logement en lui-même est petit, les chambres l'une en face de l'autre qui laissent peu d'intimité. L'espace commun est lui aussi petit et la vaisselle minimaliste. Cela reste cependant un endroit magique de part son emplacement, l'accès direct à la plage, la tranquillité sans voisins et l'espace extérieur fabuleux. ##### MARSH F. Dennoch konnten wir um 11 Uhr unsere Gepäck auspacken und vor dem Haus abstellen. Gegen 13 Uhr konnten wir bereits das Haus beziehen. Wir wurden persönlich eingewiesen und alles erklärt. Beeindruckend war der erste Eindruck, denn das Grundstück, die Lage und die Umgebung war noch schöner als wir uns das von den Bildern erwartet haben. Ein eigener Zugang zum Meer mit einer 270 ° Rundumsicht umgeben von Meer und einem völlig unbebauten Gegenüberufer, hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die phantastisch alleinliegende Lage, direkt am Meer mit guter infrastruktureller Anbindung an Bäcker und Supermarkt ist einzigartig. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr sauber und die Küche ist so eingerichtet, als würde der Eigentümer selbst kochen und darauf achten, dass nichts ausgeht. Der Garten ist so groß, dass man in diesem spazieren gehen kann. Tischtennis unter Pinien mit Blick über das Meer, egal auf welcher Seite der Platte man steht. Zwei neue Fahrräder standen aufgepumpt mit neuen unbenutzten Schlössern und warteten auf einen Ausflug. Der Tischtennisball und die Schläger und diverse andere Outdoorspiele waren quasi auf unseren Besuch vorbereitet. Dieser Urlaub war ein Traum, wie bei Freunden, die uns erwartet haben in einer sehr privaten und phantastischen Umgebung. Im Süden gelegen, über 1ha groß mit Zugang über die Gartentüre direkt zum Stand. Das Grundstück ist von 3 Seiten von Wasser umgeben. Auch das Steinhaus hatte alles was wir benötigten, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und die große Terrasse mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen. Für Fragen hatten wir einen email Kontakt, der immer gleich geantwortet hat, top! Das Haus ist zwar nicht ganz günstig aber es lohnt sich und ist den Preis wert. Nous avons apprécié d’être entourés par la mer , ce lieu tout proche du village , est propice à la sérénité. Un bel endroit où se ressourcer.
