Each morning began with the smell of fresh croissants drifting up from below. We chose a room with a kitchenette, ideal for light meals and picnic prep before our daily adventures. The location is unbeatable, close to the Scandola Reserve (a must by boat!), the Tête de Chien hike, and the charming village of Ota for lunch. Highly recommend this peaceful and scenic stay! We enjoyed games of table tennis as well as walking down the steps to the rocks and swimming and snorkelling in the clear waters. The views are stunning and the photos don’t do it justice, the colours change across the day and you just can’t tire of it. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and there is good air conditioning throughout. Georges was responsive to any issues and queries. He lived above the property but there was no issue with this at all for us. Local beaches are great as is the town of Cargèse.
