"We stayed at The Heritage Courtyard for one night and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We arrived at 2:40 PM, and the check-in was quick and friendly. While waiting, we relaxed in the peaceful courtyard surrounded by tropical plants, which immediately made us forget the busy streets outside.
Our city view room was bright, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled the room quickly, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries. Everything was neatly arranged and felt well cared for.
Around 4:30 PM, we borrowed a tuk-tuk from the hotel and visited the Royal Residence, then continued to the Made in Cambodia Market to look for handmade souvenirs. Before sunset, we stopped at a nearby café for coffee before returning to the hotel.
At 6:50 PM, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The grilled fish and traditional Khmer curry were both excellent, and the fresh mango smoothie was one of the best we had during our trip. After dinner, we spent some time enjoying the quiet atmosphere around the swimming pool before heading back to our room.
The following morning, we ordered an à la carte breakfast at 7:15 AM (US$5.50 per person). The breakfast was freshly prepared, and the coffee was served hot. After packing our luggage, we checked out at 11:20 AM. The reception staff wished us a safe journey and even helped us arrange a taxi to our next destination."
