Everything is brand new and spotless in and out! ►The studio has the common wall shared with the other unit. ►There are 2 attachable Twin beds which you can turn in to one King size bed instantly. Also there is a one sofa bed turns to a single bed. ► Brand new Zinus mattresses and Tommy Bahama pillows. ► Full bathroom with bathtub. Mini kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Iron, iron board, high speed WIFI, Roku TV etc. ►Patio with the gas grill and camp fire pit. ▶Fast and reliable WIFI ▶Air conditioning/ Heating ▶TV ▶Dining area. ▶Ideal for Families with kids, Corporate, and Friends. ▶Available for short, mid, and long term stays IMPORTANT NOTE: Parking is available on the gravel driveway. I responded to the emails that had been sent with directions and I never got a response. Other than the horrible odor, the place was clean and the linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, both nights that we were there the neighbors came in late screaming and playing loud music. You could clearly hear everything that was going on. The one night it was 2:30 in the morning and the other tenants were yelling and slamming into the wall. We were so concerned that someone may have been being assaulted but eventually they began laughing and turning up the music. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe, it’s not an area that you can walk around in. Although small, the kitchen area has extremely good use of space. Beds were comfortable, the property was very clean, the outdoor space was nice even though we didn't use it much due to the heat. The bus runs just a block away and the light rail is also relatively easy to get to. The neighborhood is a typical neighborhood close to a downtown core.
