- Enjoy this beautiful, updated home. Home offers space for up to "6" guests with well-appointed living space, whether on vacation or on business. Located in a highly desirable Gilbert community with walking and biking paths. Two community pools available, one pool is heated year-round. Home is close to airports, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, SanTan village mall, Alta climbing, Bell Bank Park, Legacy sports complex. No overnight street parking is permitted, citations are issues or may be towed at your own expense. Ring device on the exterior of this property. No garage access, there is two parking spaces on the driveway. Home is smoke-free (no smoking, vaping or incense), smoking or vaping allowed 20 ft from entryways. Guidelines will be sent to each guest on the reservation prior to check in. We all love our furry pets, yet this home is strictly NO pets.
