The backyard is well equipped with a heated pool heated to 80 Deg F all year, covered outdoor dining along with a propane fire pit . The inside of the home is clean and uncluttered with excellent high speed internet offering a comfortable environment for both work and pleasure. Nearby paved trails offer both hiking and biking adventures for you and your family. Nearby parks will allow you to get outdoors and get some exercise while visiting Phoenix. This home is pet friendly to dogs with a fully enclosed backyard so bring your 4 legged family member with you! The Space: Three bedroom 2 bath main house with a Queen size air mattress sleeps 8. Guest Access: Parking available in driveway as well as in oversize 2 car garage available for guest use throughout their stay. The Neighborhood: North Phoenix near Highway 51 and Cactus Other Things to Note: Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." City of Phoenix Short-Term Rental Operating Permit Number STR-2024-001974 The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout. We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance. There is an RV on the side of the house that rents out separately. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the pool. The RV Guests will use their own separate driveway. This property uses Cox 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs. If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. Please do not remove the pool cleaner from the pool or the pool heater may cease to operate correctly This property has a driveway camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. The house is in a quiet, convenient to various highways area and well equipped. We especially enjoyed having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The owner was very responsive and cooperative to our requests. The pool was heated but it was too cool for us to use it but the fire pit was a nice touch in the evening. Fun theme, nice outdoor space, heated pool, great water pressure, well stocked.We were immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The listing says there is no smoking allowed, but there are obvious signs of smoking on the property. Cigarette butts outside, and other signs inside that a long-term smoker has been living on the property.Turning on all the fans in the house and leaving the back sliders open helped. Had all the amenities you would need and was well stocked with cleaning/bathroom supplies. Appliances were all newer and easy to use. As mentioned bu previous reviewers, 80 degrees for the pool could be chilly if the sun wasnt out as it was the first 2 days of our stay, but the remainder of the trip was 75-80 degrees and sunny outside, so the pool temp was fine. The pool is a nice large size and was in full sun from 11am-4pm for us. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but 5 minutes from a grocery store and food options. Also provides easy access to main roads to explore the phoenix area. Owners were easy to contact and responsive to the couple questions we had.
