Please note: This is a very quiet, family condo community. Due to the courtyard layout, sound travels very easily throughout the complex. We ask that you please keep the noise to a minimum and respect your neighbors space. More than one noise complaint will result in immediate termination of your reservation. Thank you for understanding.  
  
\-NOTE: The entire complex is on a system where it can only be on heating or cooling not both and has to be switched over and the switchover date cannot be guaranteed but is usually sometime in March and November depending on temps.   
\-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.   
\-NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.  
\-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

#### Great overall, but...

This is an awesome place. Just beware of a couple of minor issues. First, make sure to ask the manager to see that the gate lock box is working. It wasn't when we arrived so that took a bit of time to sort out. The beds in the master are very firm - very. The airflow in the master seems weak but just make sure to use the fan. Overall though, this was perfect. If I'm ever back in Phoenix, I will 100% rebook.
