We offer Lightning fast Gigablast internet, contour TV with apps, movie and sports channels, and much more. Surround sound with bluetooth capability, 4 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dinning areas, complimentary snacks, apple cider, 4 bottles of water, eggs, oatmeal and cereal! Laundry room and a grill! (TRASH DAYS ARE FRIDAYS) TRASH TAKE OUT IS THURSDAY YARD MAINTENANCE Monday, Wednesday and Friday Time will vary...approximately 30 min or less Maintenance Staff will never enter the property or disturb guests in the home. Side gate will be used to minimize contact with our guests. \*\*Pool Heat is an additional daily cost. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please inquire about a quote from the host\*\* In regards to the heated pool we try to maintain a very comfortable 80°-82° range. We set the pool temperature in the winter to 85°, even though the pool is heated automatically at least 8 hours a day, on cold nights the pool can still drop in temperature sometimes into the 70°’s which some can consider cold. A Safety Pool Gate is installed. Please be responsible for your children. Any marijuana and/or tobacco odor detected on premise after check out will automatically incur this fee. Parties or Small Gatherings are Not Allowed Per VRBO, this will be a $350 automatic fee. And potential eviction. For emergency purposes it is important to give us an updated head count for your group as well as how many vehicles to expect with your group. Again the reason we ask this is we need to be able to make sure who is part of the group and who is not. We ask that the modem and anything plugged into walls prior to your arrival be kept plugged in as some items that become unplugged could cause internet, tv channels, as well as security system among others to fail. This ultimately can cause for your experience to be less than satisfying which is what we want to avoid. The entire property is smoke free. No smoking in the home or in the backyard if you do, automatic $500 fee. Lastly this is a very unique home we would ask you would treat this with the most care. If any of these rules are not followed, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees up to termination of stay or eviction. The Owners communicated very well with us before and during our stay. They were very kind and wonderful to deal with. The home was a perfect location that is within 10 minutes of the Peoria Sports Complex. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The backyard is beautiful. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. We paid extra for it to be heated. If there were a few things to note... the putting green does need a little tlc, not all the jets worked in the hot tub, one of the couches has seen its day, and the bathrooms are a little on the small side, but they did the job. We were in for a baseball tournament. The house was nicely equipped in the kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, etc. as well as some food, lots of condiments and spices. It was the perfect house as we had downtime after games. The boys loved the backyard for the hot tub, putting green and fire pit. The pool while heated was still chilly in January for us. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the hot days and the 4 bedrooms fit our 2 family’s (4 adults, 4 kids). The outdoor seating areas, fire pit and mini golf kept the kids and adults content hanging out. Great location with endless options only a couple of exits away. The house waa as a well appointed and had everything we needed. Jackuline is an excellent host with prompt reply’s every time we had a question. This rental home had everything we needed and more. The extras were very much appreciated. It was nice to have four comfortable bedrooms/beds. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed and many extras. We loved the games, the fire table, the hot tub and the expanse of turf was such luxury.The home is showing some wear in bathrooms, but overall the home is very comfortable. I probably wouldn't recommend pool heating in February as the pool was just too cool to go in. Overall, a good value and a nice stay! ##### Kelli L. The pool and spa were spacious. We enjoyed sitting out back by the fire pit and putting. Had a small issue with the WiFi but owners were responsive and was fixed. This was a the perfect place for my family and I to stay at during the weekend of my wedding. We wish we had had more time to enjoy the house but we will more than likely be back in the near future. I didn't know that the house had a hot tub near the pool. Maybe I didn't read through everything before I placed my reservation but it was a nice surprise.
