I believe this unit was created by remodeling the original garage area of the house. The floor can get a bit chilly, but the installed wall unit did a great job of adjusting temperature to a comfortable level. The place was thoughtfully laid out and while the kitchenette area was small, the fridge was big and the kpod coffee maker was appreciated. There is also a cooktop area (not shown in the pics) and a microwave for basic food prep. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and no additional available upon request, but I do appreciate Fabiola replying quickly to our inquiries. The door lock also posed some confusion initially but with her help, we figured it out quickly. I did like that the furniture had charging plugs installed. There are nightstands on either side of the bed (not shown in photos), so as long as you have the right USB cables, you should be good to go.The neighborhood was clean and quiet, but a little further from the areas we wanted to explore. If you need a basic place in Glendale for a few nights to crash, this is a great option. ##### Scott W.
