Also well situated for restaurants, the airport, downtown, bike shops. Ten minutes to the Airport, and central to everything. We arrived, checked in no problem. The place was nice and clean. Everything that we needed was there. We particularly enjoyed having coffee, and breakfast in the outside sitting area that has a gas BBQ. The outside seating area is covered for shade, and overlooks looks the canal. There was four of us there, family members. The home was large, and comfortable. I stayed for 4 weeks in March. The host Sarah was very accomodating. Told us to contact her if we needed anything. The host feels that since she changed the listing (after we paid) to be 2 bedroom and air matresses, not 3 bedroom, which is what we saw on the vrbo ad. Neither the Host (Sarah) or VRBO were willing to offer a discount, or any reasonable solution, unless you feel, "go ahead and pay for the 1 day and we will cancel the other 2 days" is reasonable. Im not sure how that is a solution when we have traveled over 1000 miles and expect accomodations for 3 adult men. We dont reccomend this property, since if you have an issue, neither the host or vrbo will help to resolve it. We will also not be using vrbo any more, besides this incident, the excessive fees, ridiculous deposit or a "gotcha "fee insurance" is a bit sleazy, and the customer service was a waste of time. ##### David K.
