We needed a place close to Phoenix Childrens Hospital. Loved the family-oriented, laid-back neighborhood--neighbors were great & friendly. A couple of blocks to Oak Street Murals which are fabulous. Saw a whole different side of Phoenix--close to neighborhood bistros & restaurants. Also close to the 10 & the 51. ##### S. P. Contact with property manager was not what is was promised. House did not come with a lot of backup on dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, or laundry soap. The biggest issue was the BBQ in the back. It had a leak in it, which is fairly dangerous. This made the propane run out very quickly. Contacted the property manager with no response...at all. I would highly recommend this property based on location, cleanliness, and the huge backyard. Plan on bringing or buying a lot of the essentials. ##### Jason A.
