The perfect spot for your group to escape and relax! Home is situated in the middle of a golf course. Main floor has a pool table, space to watch movies and socialize, and a nice eating area overlooking the resort style pool. Upstairs has 4 spacious bedrooms, a loft with a fold out bed and foosball table! Gorgeous golf course views all around and close to downtown, Bell Bank Park, San Tan Flats, Schnepf Farms, Equestrian center, and more. Pools get very cold in the winter, but not this one!
