The Bolero; a luxury Arizona estate on 1.25 acres. With breathtaking mountain views and a private pool, have fun with the whole family! Perfectly located for outdoor adventures at local lakes and hiking trails, as well as relaxing by the pool, and entertaining loved ones! Our grand yet inviting entrance way leads you into a bright, modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with wet bar, smart TV and comfortable theater style couches, perfect for the whole family! This open plan space provides direct access to the backyard with BBQ bar, fire pit and pool area, for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining! Our ground floor also hosts one large King Bedroom, a half bath and bonus room. The grand staircase opens out into a multifunctional loft space, with additional sleeping options. Beyond that lies two additional King Bedrooms, and a beautiful Master Suite. The Master suite includes a King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private balcony with mountain views, full master bath with double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub. Our 3 car garage and ample yard space makes this a great place for large families, and groups of all ages! Other amenities: \- Pool with towels, loungers and pool toys\* \* Pool heating is $50/day from March 1 through November 30 and $100/day from October 1 through February 28/29, with the temperature set to 80 degrees. For stays longer than a week, please inquire about special pricing. We have spent 8 months preparing this property for you, taking it from its unkempt state to somewhere that will serve you and your family. We want this property to be a place that brings you together. We ask that you and your fellow guests respect our home. We want you to enjoy the space, however, we do not permit parties or events. GUEST ACCESS All amenities listed are yours to enjoy! Our property insurance allows guests to stay near the house and on roadways. Please do not venture outside improved areas near the home. Watch for thorns, bugs, and snakes when outdoors in AZ. We provide keypad access to the property, you will receive an entry code before check in. We also have keypad access to the pool area from the back deck, and when accessing from the side gates. ADDITIONAL BEDDING FOR 3 Additional bedding is available for the three futon beds. The house was very clean upon arrival. Our only complaint was the thermostat restrictions. The house always felt uncomfortably warm, especially upstairs. Since it was cooler outside at night than inside, we attempted to cool the primary suite by opening a window but discovered no window screens to keep out the bugs. Overall, our stay was great, and the house provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding weekend + rehearsal dinner. Pool note: We stayed in mid-April, and the pool was a great temperature since it does not get much shade. ##### Paige C. I had a few incidents that I reached out to the owner and she answered immediately. The threat of quiet time and noise control really worried me before we got there, but it wasn't us making all the noise. The neighbor has , dog and let's it out at 6 AM barking for and hour, that happened the first two mornings and was taken care of after I reported it. The pool was used once because the water was so cold and we paid a 250 heating fee for something! Two out of three umbrellas were broken, but new ones were sent that day. The grill is charcoal and was left very dirty, so we couldn't use it. There wasn't enough bath towels, no wash cloths, dish clothes or kitchen towels. New fry pans in the kitchen would be nice, as all the Teflon is worn off. There are some things that need to be addressed if you are going to advertise such an stunning house. ##### Lisa B. It was the perfect home base for a house full of bridesmaids leading up to a wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting.From the moment we walked in, the space felt welcoming, clean, and beautifully styled — ideal for a group of girls getting ready for such a special occasion. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the layout worked perfectly for hair, makeup, and all the pre-wedding prep. The natural lighting and spacious bathrooms were especially great for getting ready!The living areas were cozy yet open, giving us lots of room to hang out, laugh, and make memories. The host thought of everything — from comfortable beds to welcome champagne — which made our stay effortless and fun.If you’re planning a girls’ trip, bridal party weekend, or wedding stay, this place is everything you need and more. We felt relaxed, cared for, and totally at home. This is a spacious home with alot of room. Don’t judge the house by your drive in, just look ahead and the gorgeous view of Silly Mountain and know that you chose the right place to stay. Close to wedding venue, lots of fun for all. Neighborhood was marginal. Pay close attention to no trespassing signs of neighbors.
