Stay at Phoenix

Great Host, Great Condo

The condo was so complete! The kitchen had every appliance and utensil that anyone would need. All the furnishings were appropriate and very comfortable. All soaps and cleaning supplies were provided. The view from the outside balcony was over a golf course. Covered parking was definitely a plus! Close to shopping and restaurants. The host is top notch and so gracious! He made himself available for questions or concerns. He definitely was sincere about us being comfortable. We highly recommend this property!!

Our host, Paul, was accessible, pleasant, and this property didn’t disappoint. The TV in the unit operated using streaming apps instead of cable service. We were not familiar with that so he came and showed us how to navigate it. The kitchen is nicely equipped, updated appliances. Nice washer & dryer with detergent provided. The bathroom was nice and had an updated shower. The one bedroom condo is perfect for our needs. It’s comfortable and the balcony is a bonus for enjoying the sunshine. One small detail that was really appreciated was a portable humidifier. The location was perfect for us. The complex has a small exercise room and game room located in the club house, not to mention the beautiful pools throughout the complex. We would stay here again.
