Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental in Phoenix! Our spacious and modern home is located in the heart of the city, in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping options. With Kierland Commons Mall just a short 7-minute drive away, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Our tri-level floor plan offers something for everyone in the family. Head to the lowest level and you'll find plenty of entertainment options, including a ping pong table, bar top seating, and a large TV. It's the perfect space to unwind after a long day exploring the city! Step outside into the backyard and you'll find a true oasis waiting for you. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the spa, or challenge your friends and family to a game of giant twister or giant checkers. Multiple covered dining areas provide plenty of space to enjoy a meal al fresco, as well as an outdoor bar and grill. There's even a fire pit and cornhole for those cooler desert evenings!

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. A little disappointed
The property has a great yard with everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation, a pool, hot-tub, corn hole and a fire pit. The house is set up with 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths upstairs, 1 bedroom on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath in the basement. Having a pool/ hot-tub it would have been great to have access to a restroom on the main floor. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The carpets were filthy, baseboards haven’t been washed in months, and the walls had food / dirt splattered on them. Several items were broken; the blender, corn hole boards, knobs to the bbq and the oven. We were told that the issue with the oven would be resolved during our stay, but wasn’t. Had to message and call several times. Was told we would receive a call from the rental manager and would be compensated for the inconvenience. Never received a call nor were we compensated. We ended up throwing out groceries and had additional expenses for going out instead of staying in and enjoying the house amenities. This rental could be great with a little work and better communication from the rental company.

Nice house
House was nice and as described. Fun backyard with games, pools/hot tub, and fire pit. The weather was perfect for the hot tub but too cold for the pool. Really enjoyed the hot tub and it was easy to use, as was the fire pit. It would have been nice to have extra towels, pillows, and blankets already in the home or a note of where to actually find the pool towels. It was hard at times to reach them and get extra stuff unless you called them. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and the home was enjoyable.

Entertainment house
The house was exactly as listed. Clean and spacious with plenty to do. A perfect place to go and not have to leave for anything. My family had an amazing time in the pool and visiting in the outdoor kitchen. We went july 3rd so I felt like it would have been nice to have some sort of shade cover over the lawn games . So those weren’t really used because it was too hot but all in all this home is Definitely recommend . Thank you!

Overall, it was okay.
We were visiting on a work trip with a decent size group (16). We had a really challenging time getting a hold of someone to ask questions. The A/C was set to 75* and no access to change it… add 16 people to a house and it’s close to 80. The kitchen items do not support being able to cook for 16 & the grill doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in some time. While there was enough space for us, the house looks bigger in photos then it is. The pool & hot tub were cleaned well.

Not clean upon arrival
Book with caution. This home was not cleaned at all when we arrived and the cleaning crew did not arrive until the next afternoon. There were dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty dishes, and old food in the home when we arrived. This is an unacceptable experience. There were maintenance issues such as exposed electrical wires throughout the house as well. These were fixed the 2nd evening of our stay, shortly after the home was cleaned. The house was also missing the bunk bed listed in the common space. There were not enough beds to sleep 18 as it stated. If you put 8 people in the bedroom with 2 full bunk beds, it sleeps 16. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the house was a huge concern. The location and amenities were excellent. The backyard was a great spot for relaxing and spending time with the group. The outdoor kitchen, games, firepit, pool, and hottub were nice. The pool and hottub were not clean upon arrival either. We were able to get the vacuum working and the water was usable after the second day. The rental company did offer a partial refund for the inconvenience, but I would have rather paid full price for a clean and maintained home than get a discount after our vacation ended. I would not rent this home again unless there was a 100% guarantee that it was DEEPLY cleaned and maintained better.

Phoenix get away
This house was a great rental for what we needed it for. We had multiple family members here for our daughter’s wedding. The house itself was great. A few minor things that need to be updated. The kitchen does not have enough basic essentials. There was only one large pot. The knives are very dull and basically no serving dishes. With a house this size that can host as many people as it can it was a big disappointment when I started cooking for our family. The bags game should be upgraded as well. Other than those things the house was perfect for our time in Phoenix.

Family Wedding: Lots of Room, Quiet Cul-de-Sac, Many Diversions
Very clean, well-appointed property with many rooms and beds. Some of our party had to cancel at the last minute so we rattled around in the large house, but enjoyed the many TV's, gas grill, and outdoor games. Check-in process was seamless and very easy with instructions e-mailed and texted. Only minor issue (and my per peeve) was that we couldn't get a recycling bin to the property before our departure. We took some recycling away and recycled it elsewhere, but it pained me in this climate-crisis to have to throw some recyclable material in the trash.

Paradise Valley great location
House in a great location and very quiet area. Lots of outdoor space and plenty of room inside for a large family Property team was very responsive on a few small items after check in. Everyone had a great time

Nice location but run down and HOT
Overall great property however needs some TLC. Leftover tape on walls, cleanliness was below average, dirty dishes in cabinets. Kitchen supplies cheap, old and run down. We had planned to cook at least one meal a day; luckily dollar tree was close by to purchase utensils, kitchen towels and other items. Outdoor grill was not fully functional, PM brought more propane next day for fire pit which did not work the first 2 nights. Also, pool person randomly showed up while we were enjoying the back yard, which was a bit startling and PM was building a chair while we were there which was a bit out of the ordinary. Quit a few ants in the kitchen on the counters. Was never able to access Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds, however we were not able to sleep well because the AC was locked at 74 which made for a very hot stay for us. If we knew this in advance it would have been a deal breaker. PM said owners did not allow any modifications to HVAC temps.
