Kitchen is fully stocked with everything (and maybe more) you will need. Open floor plan and a large backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located right off SR 51\. PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2\. PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=2305527). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer.
