The house, I would not recommend. It was okay. The location was great but it was poorly supplied. They didn’t even have measuring cups or spoons. There was no kettle to make tea so we just boiled water on the stove. You can tell the house has had its fair share of parties in the past, probably why there was all these loop holes to rent it. Even on the day we landed, they sent me a text at 3:00 pm telling me I didn’t sign the contract even though I did so luckily we were going for lunch and I was able to get wi-fi and was able to complete it otherwise they weren’t sending instructions on how to get into the house. The pool was nice was the some of the deck chairs were not in the best of shape, some of them broken. The space was great as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the neighborhood was central to a lot of things. If I was them, I would definitely have a better stocked kitchen. I could not imagine staying there long term (if I was a snow bird). They didn’t even have dish rags, just tea towels.

Our home is fully stocked and includes measuring cups, spoons, and two different types of kettles. We keep both an electric kettle as well as a stove top kettle. These items are easy to locate in our fully-stocked kitchen. I have no idea what you mean by saying "there was all these loop holes (sic) to rent it." We asked that renters pay for the exit cleaning upon arrival which you have still not paid as of today. Your credit card has been declined each time we have tried to charge it for your exit cleaning fee. We have paid the housekeeper out of our own personal funds and have been waiting for you to return our call or email since you departed. You have continued to avoid our phone calls and the only contact you have made since your departure is to post this two star review which does not reflect the facts of your stay.

Great location close to everything. The pool was fantastic best we have ever had. very comfortable inside and well air conditioned.

Spring Break with family
Good house that held 4 kids, 2 adults. Clean, great pool and outside area. Quite neighborhood. House needs some maintenance work, but met our needs as a whole.
