Owner was responsive to the couple of minor things that came up. House was well equipped with kitchenware, towels and sheets. Beds all had good mattresses and were comfortable. Location in Cave Creek (it's a Cave Creek Post office address, but house is really in Phoenix) is good with grocery stores 5 minutes away and other shopping within 10-20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood with no noisy parties during the 2+ months we stayed there. State land for quiet desert walks is a 5 minute walk from the house. Hiking trails are 15-30 minutes away. Wi-fi and TV cable and smart apps all worked very well. House is dog friendly (our dog enjoyed it) and has an enclosed yard and comfortable outside covered seating. ##### Steven B.
