  • Charming 1949 ranch home in North Central Phoenix offering partial views of the Mountains Preserve awaits your arrival! This home (14th Place) has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and finished with modern desert accents. It is situated on a residential street, near the Highway 51 and Northern Avenue, providing easy access to many parts of the valley, including Scottsdale and the uptown and downtown areas of Phoenix. A single car carport for shaded parking is available for you to use, plus tandem parking for another car in the driveway. The RV parking pad in the backyard is currently rented to a long-term guest and not available for any RVs. A portion of the backyard of this home is shared with our friendly, long-term guest and their Labrador. The front and back and patios and patio furniture are for your (houseguests) use, as well as the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
