The neighborhood was quiet. One of the en-suite bedrooms is only accessible from the back patio (like a casita). That bathroom was tiny, and would not work well for larger individuals. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots & pans and cooking utensils. I didn’t look closely at the listing, so I didn’t realize that there was no dishwasher. Andrea was great to work with. Very responsive right from the get go. She was very welcoming and honest about things that weren't working such as the water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator, for which she had made alternate arrangements. We had 5 adults in our group and stay was overall very comfortable. There is no dishwasher in the house and would have been good to have that option. The property appears to be on the older side but is updated on the inside making it easy to live in. Its proximity to restaurants and grocery stores was great. The surrounding area, at first sight, seemed concerning but we were comforted by Andrea guaranteeing the neighborhood's safety and security as also other online reports. One of the rooms with an attached bath is outside the main living area but within the property boundaries - just something to be aware of in case you have a larger group. The five bedrooms accommodated us so well. The beds were all pretty comfortable. The master king bed wasn’t bad just firmer than my husband and I are use to but the soft pillows helped a lot! The kitchen had everything we needed in order to make meals. The backyard was a great touch as well! The location being near the 51 was refreshing and made it easier to navigate throughout Arizona. Our entire family, including our two pets, felt right at home in this cozy property. Can’t wait to visit again!
