#### Extraordinary Property

This property exceeded our expectations. We were traveling from out-of-state and only went by the description and photos on the website. What we found was an attractive house in a quiet, safe neighborhood with several playgrounds. The property was beautifully landscaped in front and back. The inside of the house was modern and spacious, and it was nicely furnished. It was fully supplied with all of the dishes, utensils, linens, and appliances that you would want and need for a month-long stay. The backyard had a block fence for privacy and the pool was a good size as was the jacuzzi/hot tub. We enjoyed both and did a lot of relaxing. The backyard also had a large grill and a gas fire pit. We used the outdoor table and seating often as the weather was mostly great. There is a train track nearby, but we were not disturbed by the occasional train. The property manager is Krischelle. She was always available to answer any questions and to provide information. She really made our stay trouble free.We definitely recommend this property and will stay there again.

I rented this place for my Mom and Dad to stay while visiting us in Gilbert. The location and home are both great. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Pool, hot tub, and yard are great as well. Quaint neighborhood.
