Awesome Scottsdale Location
The stay was amazing! We used the gym. The pool was nice. It is walking distance to a bunch of nightlife and restaurants! Dana was a great host. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful pool area
We open the door to find a nice, clean, cool, and comfortable condo. There was bottled water and a basket of snacks that lasted us for our 3 day stay on the dining room table. The bed was so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. I was pleased to find a french press! We will stay there again when we come back to visit Phoenix.

Great location!

Neat apartment just off Scottsdale Road
A 3 night low cost stay before heading on to the Canyon. Perfect apartment with extremely comfortable bed, great shower, comfortable large lounge and a very well equipped kitchen. We cooked dinner there very easily every night. Minor issue was that the central AC doesn’t work but a very powerful free standing unit in the bedroom makes it as cold as you like and the spill over air from the bedroom and a top up unit kept the rest of the space comfortable (mid September, 100F at midday). Parking was easy and the on-site laundry also was just fine.

Hi Peter! Thank you for the very kind review of my condo and I'm gald you enjoyed your stay. I want to point out that there is central air conditioning in addition to the extra unit in the bedroom. I have the extra unit for travelers that like to sleep extra cold but there is central air conditioning and it does work fine. Guests need to turn the air flow to either Low or High on the switch below the thermometer which is noted on the instructions I email as well as the instructions provided in the condo. I'm glad that it worked out with the free standing AC but if you come back, and for future travelers, there is definitely central AC in the condo. I’ve stayed in these condos the last 3 times i have came to arizona. Great location,close to everything. Very clean condo. And the AC was amazing since it was over 110 degrees everyday i was staying there. Would highly recommend

Awesome Stay Near Old Town Scottsdale
We enjoyed this excellent one-bedroom condo. We loved the condo’s first-floor location. Dana was responsive and attentive to us. The kitchen was well-outfitted. It had everything we needed. The king-sized bed was very comfortable for both my wife and me. The location was close to everywhere in Scottsdale we wanted to go. We will stay again.

Great condo near Old Town Scottsdale
The unit was exactly as shown in listing - modern, incredibly clean and exceptionally comfortable. Dana, the owner, was very responsive and clearly cares deeply about her renters’ experience. We were welcomed with a yummy gift basket and super easy check in experience. As noted, the condo was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and comfy, luxuriously appointed king size bed. The condo is very conveniently located-very close to Old Town Scottsdale and the SF Giants spring training stadium. We walked to restaurants and shopping in Old Town - it was less than a mile away. It was also very easy to get to Papago Park and golf course (home to the ASU golf team). Highly recommend and will stay again when traveling to the area.

The property was a great size for the two of us and the location was perfect. Loved the outside area, but it was too cold some nights - a firepit would have been really nice. Dana was responsive to all of our questions and needs. The only thing we would suggest is a more secure lock on the door accessible from the outside. We felt safe while inside the property, but leaving the door unlocked while we left our belongings inside was a bit unsettling (the only lock accessible from the outside was on the screen).

Thank you for the review Jo and I'm glad you enjoyed the property! I would love to have a firepit in the backyard (love the idea!) but it's not allowed as it's a condo complex and a fire hazard to the community. I want to clarify that the deadbolt lock on the condo is on a steel security door, not a screendoor. There is also a deadbolt lock on the interior door as well. The advantage of the additional deadbolt on a security door versus a normal door is that the door cannot be kicked in. The condo complex is well lit and I've never experienced any type of security issue . The complex also has security that walks the complex for that added layer of general safety. We enjoyed our stay at this very clean and quiet condo.
The property owner is so thoughtful about her tenants enjoying their stay. My wife and I appreciated the gift basket of snacks. Communication with the owner was excellent. We followed her recommended list of restaurants and found every place outstanding. We were glad we contacted her early and made reservations 2 weeks in advance at the most popular restaurants. Our favorite was the Herb Box which is within walking distance of the condo. The condo is only a 20 minutes walk to Old town Scottsdale. The condo is just as pictured on the website--very well designed and spacious. We especially enjoyed the Desert Botanical Garden and the Musical Instruments Museum, both in Phoenix.

Dana was incredibly responsive to all questions I had leading up to our week stay at her property. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket and a clean property. The unit has it all if you’re looking to have any meal in (pots, pans, coffee maker, cooking utensils, etc). The back patio has some nice furniture we enjoyed each day and provides easy access to the secured pool, hot tub and workout facility. This was a great unit with a great host, will surely try and find this unit when we return.
