You will be amazed by how perfect this house has been fully updated and how new it feels. This is the spot to stay a while. Relocation, between homes, escapes are just some reasons this home will fit almost any need. Step inside an expansive entry way with 2 queen bedrooms, a special living/lounge game area equipped with a TV between them, an additional sofa sleeper plus a full bathroom featuring double sinks. This special space closes off to create extra sleeping too on the queen sofa sleeper. Further into the home it opens into a super sized great room featuring the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked top to bottom. Everything you can imagine is available for you to create meals, snacks or to prepare for a BBQ. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for casual conversation, dining or entertaining. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the comfy sofas are perfect for everyone including family and friends to catch a game or have a movie night. Working from home? This home has a dedicated desk space in the great room too. The popular split floor plan has a primary suite on the other side of the home with a luxurious king bed, spa bath with a walk in shower and built in walk in closet. A large TV and bright windows looking onto the designer backyard make this a lovely retreat each night. Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round. My husband and I loved our month at the Merlot property. The home was very clean, well maintained and very well stocked. It worked well inside and out for us, and for friends and family that came to visit. Now I never want to live without an heated pool! So great to come home after an hike and soak/swim. Extra bonus was the fire pit table and comfy chairs that weren’t in in the photos of the property, we used it every night! I was remote working while down there, so I used a folding table they had in the garage to set up an office in the bonus space between the guest rooms and it worked great. Elite Vacations was super responsive when we had a glitch with TV and even sent someone out on a weekend when AC was giving us trouble. I can’t say enough about Elite Vacation rentals and the staff that helped us during our stay. Every question or concern was answered in a prompt and friendly efficient manner. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the floor vacuum did not work and there was no mop to mop the floors. We also only could connect 4 devices to internet at one time but managed to work around that.
