### New Guest House in Prime Location w/ private car garage and Patio Phoenix

Brand new build and neighborhood. The house sits in a Culs-de-sac street, the best spot of the neighborhood, right across the park for morning or evening walks. Mount views and very close to hiking trails. It is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house has solar panels with a battery in case power goes out. It has top quality water softener. It has been equipped with a washer and dryer in unit. Keypad door for your convenience and your control remote for the garage. This place offers a private and beautiful landscape backyard. All furniture is brand-new as well as all the accessories. Mattress is top quality with a topper for your comfort. It has also its own car garage with extra room for some storage with a mid size vehicle. Granite countertops and fresh paint. Clean and neat place to live in. Close to 202 and all all stores within 3 miles distance.

This house has a king size bed for one person or a couple, there is also a pull out couch full size bed. So it fits comfortably 3 people. It offers a great landscaped and relaxing backyard. Private entrance from the front or from the garage door. Private garage and room for storage with a mid size car. Super close, within 3 miles radius, to all the grocery stores and restaurants. Gorgeous mount views close to parks and hiking/biking trails.  
  
Neighborhood overview  
Best location of the neighborhood right across the park for morning or evening walks, the house sits on a cup-de-sac street. Spectacular mount views. Just a few miles from the biking and hiking trails. This is a new development, it is very quiet and friendly. Close to all the groceries stores, gyms, restaurants and entertainment.
