Guests have the entire home to themselves.

Other things to note
Not a party house! Any loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Guests must respect neighbors at all times.

No smoking in home! Any signs of smoking will result in $1000 fine.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $300 per week.

Please note upon successful booking guests will receive will receive a link to complete online occupancy form and safety forms which are now required by the City of Phoenix for short term rentals.
