Some of the fixtures were not working as expected (guest shower, hot tub) but our group had a great time. Plenty to keep everyone happy. Great backyard outdoor area. Texted the management company about the pool twice and never heard back. Filled out the bed assignments but they were not set up correctly. The group loved the pickleball court (night lighting allowed evening play), swimming pool, hot tub, golf putting/chipping, and the spacious kitchen & indoor gathering areas for meals and games. Foosball, pool table, and multiple TVs were all used. Negatives would be the general condition (wear & tear), ongoing construction/renovations throughout property, and shared bathrooms for the majority of bedrooms.
