Inspired by the quirk of a midcentury 1950s trailer park and the charm of a cottage courtyard community. Our private, light and bright designs are fully equipped with all the essentials to make your stay feel like a second home. Mature shade trees and lush desert landscaping surround two shared courtyards with barbecues, fire pits, and patio furniture so residents can enjoy the enviable Arizona indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

Just a friendly reminder that a security deposit of $200 and a cleaning fee of $58 will be required during your stay. We hope you understand and have a wonderful time as our guest!

Owner Double booked Property

I was to arrive on 3/21, on 3/19 I was asked to complete my pre registration. On 3/20 I completed and paid for my reservation. I never received checkin information. I contacted Vrbo and was put in touch with the owner. The contact could not provide me with checkin information and subsequently claimed I didn’t complete their info and the unit was no longer available. Hey completely doubled booked and left me with no place to stay. It costs me Almost triple to get accommodations last minute. Seriously question whether to ever use Vrbo again.
