This modern desert hideaway is freshly remodeled and ideal for a group trip or family vacation in the Arizona sunshine. This property has a brand new Pentair Pool Heater and Chiller to ensure the pool is warm enough or cool enough during your stay (Yes, pools in Arizona can get up to 95 degrees from May to September, so don't get stuck renting a home without a Pool Chiller during summer months!) This Arcadia Phoenix home is in a prime location for nightlife, the best restaurants, shopping, and has great access to the airport and highway to get you anywhere in the city quickly! Enjoy the private pool and backyard oasis which features 8 lounge chairs, a double shaded chaise lounger, multiple umbrellas, a large grassy area for cornhole / bags games, and a large covered patio with dining table, adjustable Smart TV, foosball table and dart board. BEDROOMS Each of the four bedrooms are tastefully curated with clean and modern pieces, extremely comfortable bedding and mattresses, wall mounted TVs (either Smart TV or linked to an Apple TV device). The three bathrooms are beautifully updated and tiled. The master bedroom has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and dual headed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps up to four people as it has both a king bed and a queen sized custom-made sleeper sofa. The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook big dinners, the beds are really comfortable, and the pool/ outdoor area was amazing!
