We enjoyed the pool area and the workout rooms the most. We would have enjoyed the property more if there had been a coffee table in the living area and dressers in the rooms. The neighborhood was largely under construction with cones on a lot of the access roads. Restaurants not nearby but the nearby town of Glendale had lots of restaurants and retail stores. The pool was nice when we could use it. It was closed for a weekend for chemical problems but the pool deck was a nice place to sit and read if not swimming. Shower doors need repair, wash machine does not fill enough to cover clothes, and the vents need vacuuming and dishwasher didn’t clean very good. We bought a few things needed for cooking.
